The third version of our Swing and String! Join us at We The Conscious in Hackney Downs where we will play with: Supported Inversions Aerial Yoga Floating Yoga Nidra with a SOUND BATH! Followed by mindful & intention setting bracelet making. Sound Bath will be Held by Tiff.

About the event
Spring marks the beginning of the Zodiac New Year (and the Pagan calendar) New Year!
We will meet for an evening of play, relaxation, creativity and connection.
This is the 3rd event, running at We The Conscious. We will be joined by Tiffany this time, who is going to share her talent and give us the gift of sound whilst we float in the hammocks. I will be guiding Yoga Nidra too!
Finishing with a bracelet making session where you will design and create your own bracelet!
Tea and snacks will be available as well <3
